Do Not Reply
Have you ever sent email using a donotreply@example.com or noreply@example.com from email address? I have done this many times myself, but then the other day I realized that this practice makes no sense, at least for businesses.

John D. Rockefeller would use Flex
I was messing with some domain stuff this morning over at GoDaddy, and I noticed a link to Bob Parsons (GoDaddy's CEO) blog called The secret John D. Rockefeller used to build Standard Oil. It's simple. Putting it to work in your business. The secret Parsons explains was business intelligence.

American Express does RSS
I just got an email from American Express inviting me to sign up for their RSS beta test program. Here's how they define RSS in the second paragraph of the email:RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication.
