To add them to your Bookmarks, you can right click, or drag them to your browsers toolbar links. These will prompt you for a word, or if you have text selected, they will use that. I just started using bookmarklets and I'm realizing how handy they are. I create a folder in my browser toolbar called bookmarklets, and put them in there - here's some more bookmarklets that you might find handy:
