PostgreSQL for Mac OS X

There is a new project that has created an installer for PostgreSQL Database Server on Mac OS X. The project also aims to create some native OSX gui tools for PostgreSQL.

Update 2019: The link to the project no longer works. Here's a blog entry showing how to run PostgreSQL in docker on a mac.

Marc Liyanage has a PostgresSQL for OSX installer on his site, along with others such as MySQL, PHP 5, and some other good tools.
