Tip for Viewing Images in Eclipse
Here's a quick tip for those using Eclipse / CFEclipse, and would like to view images in your project from within eclipse.Go to Window » Preferences in the Eclipse menu. Then expand General » Editors and click on File Associations.

RDS Security Problems?
Erki Esken posted a comment on Ben Forta's blog asking if the source to the RDS plugin for Eclipse would be released. Forta's response was:"But, my gut feel is that it would not be a good idea to fully expose the source for RDS as that may create potential security problems.

Another thing I missed last week, was that the Eclipse foundation released Eclipse 3.1.I have been using the beta's of 3.1 since they first came out, because I am working on a project that uses all the new features in Java 1.5 (generics, new for loops, enums, new api's, etc.

Eclipse 3.1 Million Download Challenge
The Eclipse community is doing a million download challenge for Eclipse 3.1. Over 40 Eclipse community members have agreed to pledge time or money to a charity every day from the time they reach 1 million downloads up to 60 days from the release.

Eclipse Spell Checker Plugin
I just tried out an eclipse plugin for spell checking. It works with the CFEclipse plugin, Java, JavaScript, JavaProperties, XML, HTML, JSP, and PHP.While the dictionary could use some work, the plugin is pretty good.
Just download it and unzip to your eclipse directory.
